Registration / Membership

Is it really free to join?

YES! Joining is completely free and does not require any payment details. We offer a great package to all our free members, however we do have premium membership which allows our members to help support the site and keep improvements coming. These package is optional and offer amazing features to our users, like unlimited access to all features, access to chatrooms, private chat, mobile chat and video chat and much more.

Will my details be safe and kept private?

YES! We follow strict guidelines to help ensure all information you provide are kept safe and private. When joining we only ask for minimal information to ensure you find the right person/people for you. Your email and contact information are never shared with other members or 3rd parties.

I didn't receive the confirmation email?

Many E-mail providers such as Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL have strict spam filters to prevent spam and junk e-mails from been delivered which can cause your email to be sent to your Junk/Spam folder or not delivered at all.

If you don't receive the confirmation email within 15 minutes, try checking through your Spam/Junk folders. If its not there please add our domain and email address to your contact/safe lists. (admin@nastyjoy.com)

Still no luck? Please try logging in with the username and password that you used when you signed up. As your account hasn't be activated yet you will see a page informing you to activate your account using the link provided in the confirmation email that was sent to your email address. You'll also be provided with a link to resend the email. Before resending be sure you have added us to your contact list to ensure you receive the confirmation email.

Note: You would like to join with a disposable email address ID (Trash-mail). We understand that but we do not accept those trashmail-IDs for some reason. In case you ignore our advice and you try to register with such a trashmail-ID your account will not be approved but deleted without any further notification! So don't waste your time as well as our time and go to another place where you are welcome to join with your trashmail-ID.

How many accounts can I have?

We limit accounts to 1 per person. We reserve the right to remove multiple accounts and ban you from opening any more accounts. If you forget your password simply use the "Forgot Password" link. You may open a new account if you close your old account via your settings page.

I wish to close my account?

In the event you wish to close your account simply go to your Settings page and scroll to the bottom. Here you will find a link to close your account. Access to your account will still be able to until our team has processed your request.

What are the rules to follow?

  • Be open minded and respectful to others.
  • Don't discriminate other users.
  • Don't create any fake profile.
  • Don't ask for financial support.
  • If you are looking for relationship with benefits, please send request to our admin to enable this profile question.
  • Don't upload any photos showing minors, copyright protected photos or any other pictures not related to your profile.

In case you are breaking these simple rules we reserve the right to close your account.

What is about Bestiality?

Because the laws are different in various countries and states and our community is hosted and registered in a country which doesn't allow that topic so do not post images, comments, or any other content about this topic on NastyJoy.

We don't care if members choose names that contain terms like K9, Animal lover, or similar. It is simply their name and we don't police that in any way. However, this fetish can only be discussed off site or in private chat and messages.

We realize that the topic has a large fan base and it is always nice to come to a website and find people in the same stuff as you. We do not condemn and encourage you to look at profile pictures and names to find others on them, but note it is illegal in many countries ans states and animal rights people scrutinize sites more often than they should do.

That's why you should discuss that topic only off site in private chat and messages.


Zero Tolerance with underage content!

We do not allow any mention or content of persons under the age of 18 !

This also includes innocent sports pictures and all other pictures of children. It also includes every kind of art, comic, drawing and cartoon figures.

How to edit / update my profile information?

Click on the "My Profile" link. You will then see edit links for editing different sections of your profile. Simply correct or edit your information and click the save button.

Can i change my username?

Yes. You are able to change your username in "My Settings".

How do i manage my friends, favorites or blocked users?

Simply visit your "My Friends" page where you will find these lists. Simply click on the user you want to manage and unfriend, unfavorite or unblock them using the menu on the users profile.

How to increase exposure of my profile?

Add Photos - It's well known that profiles with photos gain more views than a profile with no photos. As well you are able to upload private photos only visible to your friends.

Write Blogs - Let people into your life and mind by sharing stories, diaries and more. The more they know you the more chances of meeting someone with the same interests as you.

Don't Be Shy - While it can be scary to make the first move and send the first message but chances are the other person feels the exact same. They are here for the same reason as you and thats to make friends and get to know other people.

Be Active - See a Blog, Profile or Photo you like? Add your comment on it and share your thoughts!

How do i report someone?

If you're having issues with another member the first thing you should do is "Block" them. Visit their profile and simply click the "Block" link.

To report a profile please visit the profile in question and use the button on the page called "REPORT" and then fill out the form on the page that comes up. Please include as much proof as possible - we are all innocent until proven guilty here so be prepared to back up your report with evidence!

What should be reported ?

Underage material on profile
We do not allow underage material on the site, everything has to be of people 18 or older so if you find a profile with anything posted where the participants are not or does not look 18 then please report the profile and we will take a look.

Advertising / Commercial use / Escorts
It is against the rules to use a profile commercially, this includes: advertising for websites, DVDs, toys and events.

Escorts are not allowed on the site either so please report them if you find any charging for their sexual services.

Hateful profile text
It is against the rules to use a profile to spread hate speech be it against someones religion, race or gender. It is also against the rules to bad mouth other profiles on the site, if you don't have something good to say then it probably doesn't need to be said.

Asking for money
It is against the rules to ask for money, if you want something then buy it yourself for your own money, same goes for travel cost etc. Any profile asking for money or escorting / selling sex for money should be reported.

Please do not report profiles for wasting your time, sadly there is nothing i can do about it and its one of the known risks of using the internet for dating.

Someone is using my photos?

If a member is using your photos please contact us via the contact page so we can deal with it.

I upgraded my account but nothings changed?

Please logout and clear your internet browser history. Then log back in and your account should now have all features as promised. If this doesn't work please allow upto 15 minutes before contacting us in case there is delay.

I have concerns about a member?
